- First, stand naked in your bathroom.
- Put one hand under running cold water and energetically pat the cold, wet palm against your other dry palm, until both become slightly pink in colour.
- Continue to wet one hand (up to you which one) under the tap, then rhythmically and energetically pat your chest, arms and legs all the way down to the soles of your feet.
